[00:00:00] Jared Easley: [00:00:00] Welcome back to the podcast. I'm Judy's lamb, one of your hosts. And of course joining me as always is Mr. Steve. So it was Christine.

[00:00:13] Ms. Christine: [00:00:13] Hey. Hello. How you doing? I hear a

[00:00:15] Jared Easley: [00:00:15] little ice.

[00:00:18] Ms. Christine: [00:00:18] That's just high quality

[00:00:26] Jared Easley: [00:00:26] and yeah, no better guests than the one we have today, which is G and Nina. I hope I'm saying that. Right. Janina Bullock, or is it Gina Bullock or G and Nina and Rina. You have like all these different aliases.

[00:00:40] Geanina Andrina: [00:00:40] Okay. So my YouTube, her name was Janina. Andrena, that's actually my middle name though, but it's like the perfect name.

[00:00:50] Y'all got my full government. Okay. Just go

[00:00:54] Ms. Christine: [00:00:54] ahead and slat us the last word, your social, like your momma's made the

[00:01:00] [00:00:59] Geanina Andrina: [00:00:59] numbers on the back of the car.

[00:01:06] Yeah. Say your zip

[00:01:08] Ms. Christine: [00:01:08] code. You just recently got to Atlanta.

[00:01:13] Jared Easley: [00:01:13] She's in the dirty. All right. So G and Nina is the co-host of behind the veil season two. She's a networker lyricist student of healthcare law, amongst many other things. She's a fan of Hazel II. She loves lady bugs, infestations in her apartment.

[00:01:26] You can learn more about Gina by checking out her Instagram, the gap society. Gina, welcome to the show.

[00:01:31] Geanina Andrina: [00:01:31] Thank you so much for having me guys,

[00:01:34] Jared Easley: [00:01:34] I typically start off with the same old question because we're not very creative and that is what is the best concert that you've ever been

[00:01:40] Geanina Andrina: [00:01:40] to the best concert man, you know, I'm a really big indie indie, R and B lover.

[00:01:48] My God, I got to go real generic with this Beyonce, man. Oh

[00:01:53] Ms. Christine: [00:01:53] God. What year were

[00:01:55] Jared Easley: [00:01:55] you? I know

[00:02:03] [00:02:00] Geanina Andrina: [00:02:03] it's outside the door right now. Yes. So this was a formation tour.

[00:02:15] Yes, but the thing that was so cool about it was, and I hate to say cool about it. Cause it's not cool, but Krantz had just died. And so, yeah, she did like a tribute to him and that was cool. And because we're in Atlanta, like all the people showed up. T I a God, here we go. He, I, um, August I've seen like all the people showed up, so I really haven't

[00:02:42] Ms. Christine: [00:02:42] been a big Beyonce fan since like Destiny's child, like from RO, like the old G Destiny's child, not the three people, one, not when they

[00:02:50] Geanina Andrina: [00:02:50] filled in the blanks, like the old

[00:02:56] elderly years old. So yes. [00:03:00] Oh,

[00:03:09] yeah. Oh

[00:03:10] Ms. Christine: [00:03:10] my God. Why class now? You bringing up a whole different topic. Yes, that's great. All right. So what are a few songs aside from R Kelly and TEI that are, that you're crammed into your 10 page paper playlist?

[00:03:29] Geanina Andrina: [00:03:29] Really. Okay. So how gosh. Okay. Now I have to say, I have recently been on this thing about trap Queens, even though I'm not like a huge trap music fan.

[00:03:42] I love the women's movement. So I want to say, okay, you're going to have to bleed me on this bitch from the South, because it features like all the grades it's like sweeties on their ass. Right. And then

[00:04:01] [00:04:00] Ms. Christine: [00:04:01] Miami.

[00:04:05] Geanina Andrina: [00:04:05] You know, right. So that's a really good one. And then also, like, I don't know, like cash out, like that's another good way. That's somebody I'd

[00:04:17] Ms. Christine: [00:04:17] never heard anybody else say yes. I heard some of her stuff. It's been a while, but thank you for bringing that name

[00:04:24] Geanina Andrina: [00:04:24] back up. I love her. Like, and then, okay, you gotta put, you gotta throw summer Walker on there.

[00:04:31] I just love her. She's got a song. She actually had a song with cash that I really love. And it's like, it's called no more lanes. And it's just like, just lay mass dues that just like, think about like, always like flashing their money at you. And you're like, nah, I'm good. Right.

[00:04:54] Jared Easley: [00:04:54] That

[00:04:54] Geanina Andrina: [00:04:54] makes sense. Man. Have you been stroked scrolling through my Instagram?

[00:05:01] [00:05:00] I recommend it.

[00:05:04] Ms. Christine: [00:05:04] Yes, definitely recommend going through that,

[00:05:11] Geanina Andrina: [00:05:11] these right. I'm a big shoddy fan. So, uh, like a tattoo is one of my favorite songs by shat shot. Your love is King. I got to throw on a couple of those, and then I'm also going to have to do a little bit of India Irie. There's no men on this list so far. That's a problem.

[00:05:33] Jared Easley: [00:05:33] A little bit about your life right

[00:05:34] Geanina Andrina: [00:05:34] now.

[00:05:35] That's okay.

[00:05:41] Okay. I do got a good one. Okay. And this is old school to see, appreciate this.

[00:05:53] I hope nobody who really likes is listening.

[00:06:00] [00:06:00] Ms. Christine: [00:06:00] Please come back

[00:06:03] Jared Easley: [00:06:03] in

[00:06:03] Geanina Andrina: [00:06:03] Atlanta. It's okay. I live in Atlanta. I have de Angelo man. How does it feel? Lady, if you're a real, real D'Angelo fan, when we get by on the first album

[00:06:25] Ms. Christine: [00:06:25] being in Atlanta, you got to love some outcasts. Please tell me.

[00:06:33] Geanina Andrina: [00:06:33] AC aliens. Yeah. Okay. I gotta throw some outcasts on there.

[00:06:39] Ms. Christine: [00:06:39] Like Alexa, honestly, Al cache and then like, I'm like an elevator's Southern cat.

[00:06:52] Geanina Andrina: [00:06:52] Yes. Well, I'm there. I really, I really do like nerd and like, what is that song that he did [00:07:00] with Snoop? That I really, I can't remember the name of it right now.

[00:07:05] Ms. Christine: [00:07:05] It might've been like, not it wasn't low. Was it? I don't know.

[00:07:10] Geanina Andrina: [00:07:10] I know the song you're talking to me.

[00:07:16] I think I'm just thinking about Dan, Dan.

[00:07:24] It's not exactly. I think I'm

[00:07:26] Ms. Christine: [00:07:26] thinking about the dance movement that goes,

[00:07:28] Jared Easley: [00:07:28] that's not the one.

[00:07:31] Geanina Andrina: [00:07:31] I mess around on a random stop and Tokyo. And he was just so nice to me. So

[00:07:41] in real life, like

[00:07:46] Ms. Christine: [00:07:46] he looks so short, like that's definitely good enough. Yes.

[00:07:53] Geanina Andrina: [00:07:53] Yeah. Coming from someone who's four 11, he looked like a giant.

[00:07:58] Jared Easley: [00:07:58] Christine will take advantage of a woman's [00:08:00] son. That's five 11,

[00:08:01] Ms. Christine: [00:08:01] my land to walk. Would you say that in front of audience,

[00:08:07] Geanina Andrina: [00:08:07] we have company

[00:08:08] Ms. Christine: [00:08:08] here today. Jerk.

[00:08:12] Jared Easley: [00:08:12] When I say, take advantage of a beverage and be friendly.

[00:08:19] Anyway. All right, so let's do finish this sentence. I gave you the beginning of the sentence, Gina, and then you can just finish it for us. If you, if you have never had Ethiopian food blank.

[00:08:30] Geanina Andrina: [00:08:30] If you have never had Ethiopia, what are you doing in your life?

[00:08:37] Jared Easley: [00:08:37] I like it.

[00:08:43] Ms. Christine: [00:08:43] I don't know if I've had

[00:08:47] Geanina Andrina: [00:08:47] Christine. I know. What am I doing and eat. You're not living your best life. I'm eating pizza rolls up the airframe

[00:08:56] Jared Easley: [00:08:56] Miami artists.

[00:08:59] Geanina Andrina: [00:08:59] Oh, my [00:09:00] God, we have the best Ethiopian place. And my bestie is like one of her favorite restaurants. It's called Desta Desta, Ethiopian. And you know, Atlanta is pretty diverse.

[00:09:10] I will have to say they have the best food. If you're like, if you're vegetarian, if you're not, I mean, Yeah. What are you doing with your life? What's the best

[00:09:22] Ms. Christine: [00:09:22] way. Oh, you don't. I was going to say you remember, I just used to go to Atlanta just to get my hair day. I used to go up there when the girls stopped coming to Florida.

[00:09:33] I was like, um, F this, I was like, I guess I'm best friends with

[00:09:37] Geanina Andrina: [00:09:37] Atlanta would

[00:09:39] Ms. Christine: [00:09:39] travel to Atlanta just to get my hair done. I'm so serious about my hair. I really don't play

[00:09:45] Geanina Andrina: [00:09:45] no games back to the food.

[00:09:48] Ms. Christine: [00:09:48] What's the best dish. What's the best Ethiopian dish. Cause I don't know. Maybe I had it, but I didn't know it was Ethiopia.

[00:09:55] Right. Definitely

[00:09:58] Geanina Andrina: [00:09:58] not [00:10:00] gonna get me in trouble. Cause I don't know the cultural names of what the dishes,

[00:10:05] Ms. Christine: [00:10:05] what does it involve? Like yeah, let me know, like what's the meat was, the

[00:10:10] Geanina Andrina: [00:10:10] car was the Tim's and it's like, it's basically like any kind of meat you can get like salmon. You can get lamb, you can get, or you can get it like shrimp in it.

[00:10:25] And it's just basically like, it comes with like this flavored rice and then you'll have like cabbage. It's just really good

[00:10:33] Ms. Christine: [00:10:33] cabbage. And then salmon was actually the last meat that I had in my era prior. So when you said salmon, I was

[00:10:40] Geanina Andrina: [00:10:40] like, Yes.

[00:10:50] Jared Easley: [00:10:50] Any air fryer.

[00:10:53] Ms. Christine: [00:10:53] Okay. So I'm going to give you another finish. Yes. I'm putting them on my Twitch page [00:11:00] to

[00:11:01] Geanina Andrina: [00:11:01] finish the

[00:11:02] Ms. Christine: [00:11:02] sentence. My favorite part for Watson utopia on Amazon prime,

[00:11:07] Geanina Andrina: [00:11:07] like finish it. Was the freaky part about finding out that they did that series twice,

[00:11:21] Ms. Christine: [00:11:21] because now I'm interested because

[00:11:23] Geanina Andrina: [00:11:23] I haven't watched that. Oh my gosh, I did a whole reel about it and I never do real. Keep it real.

[00:11:34] Jared Easley: [00:11:34] Okay, finish this sentence. Why not? We having fun when getting dressed to go to

[00:11:38] Geanina Andrina: [00:11:38] iHub, put on your fancy as Hills.

[00:11:45] Jared Easley: [00:11:45] That is the correct answer. That is exactly what Christine does when she goes out.

[00:11:51] Ms. Christine: [00:11:51] Dude. No, I got to him waffle house and

[00:11:53] Geanina Andrina: [00:11:53] that I have. Yo. I used to work at the, I [00:12:00] hop in Buckhead when I was like, when I was like 18 man. It was, it was the most terrible tips actually. Yeah. Cause I feel like people go there when they're like drunk and they forget to tip.

[00:12:17] Like, I feel like people are

[00:12:20] Ms. Christine: [00:12:20] more generous when they are a little over beverage.

[00:12:30] Maybe they're on the struggle bus and they shouldn't have been out that night. They should have been home pizza rolls.

[00:12:41] Geanina Andrina: [00:12:41] I would work within 10 hour shifts, come home with $60. I'm like

[00:12:49] Ms. Christine: [00:12:49] you

[00:12:49] Geanina Andrina: [00:12:49] better. And then after like three years of on and off working, and I was like, I'll never eat a goddamn pen.

[00:12:58] Jared Easley: [00:12:58] You lasted three years that [00:13:00] I help you to deserve like a trophy

[00:13:02] Ms. Christine: [00:13:02] I'm giving you that the struggle is real. I can imagine

[00:13:10] Geanina Andrina: [00:13:10] I'm going to put on my

[00:13:11] Jared Easley: [00:13:11] shiny

[00:13:11] Ms. Christine: [00:13:11] pants for SNGs one last, finish the sentence. They key to getting good. All right. Good. Night's rest or good rest in general at a holiday Inn is going.

[00:13:33] Jared Easley: [00:13:33] Oh. Whoa.

[00:13:42] Geanina Andrina: [00:13:42] I'm so terrible. I'm metering your podcast. I know. Sorry. Keep your kids ears covered. What

[00:13:52] Ms. Christine: [00:13:52] the edibles like, is it an edible candy, a cake? You made it, you buy it not, I got to go

[00:13:58] Geanina Andrina: [00:13:58] into details. [00:14:00] Gummy bears are the best. And they must be from California. Yeah.

[00:14:12] Have you

[00:14:12] Ms. Christine: [00:14:12] made any edibles yourself? Have you gotten an extract and made the butter and did the other processes. Ask him for a science research,

[00:14:22] Jared Easley: [00:14:22] right? Christine for our

[00:14:24] Ms. Christine: [00:14:24] research purposes.

[00:14:26] Geanina Andrina: [00:14:26] Not that bougie. No, I actually, no, I'm just really lazy now. I don't have time for that.

[00:14:36] Ms. Christine: [00:14:36] If you get some extract, I'm not telling you a friend told me a little birdie.

[00:14:42] That if you get some extracts, then you get some butter and you can just melt that mix that real quick. And then the, you know, the little cup things, you can get the cup in the month. Okay. Talking about the kicking, the mud or that butter until your mug, whatever. [00:15:00] And then you'll be stuck in time for a little bit.

[00:15:02] So, so Fred, Fred told me about it.

[00:15:10] Jared Easley: [00:15:10] Can we encourage children not to listen to that

[00:15:11] Geanina Andrina: [00:15:11] part.

[00:15:16] Jared Easley: [00:15:16] Yes. Do you need to knows a little bit about law and thank goodness. Given her answer to the

[00:15:31] we've had some fun here seriously. I'm sure there's a number of people that are listening that don't know anything about you. So tell us about yourself. Things that you're maybe even some things that your followers wouldn't know

[00:15:41] Geanina Andrina: [00:15:41] about. You, you know, I'm really a open book, but I will say, you know, as man I'm, I've come a long way.

[00:15:50] Right. So I came from a family of entertainers. My dad is a songwriter and a music engineer. I grew up in Los Angeles [00:16:00] and I was all about that life. You know, the whole entertainment lifestyle. That's just everything that I knew. I thought I was going to grow up and be like some kind of superstar recording artists, but then I realized.

[00:16:13] That I don't really like being on stage.

[00:16:19] That's so funny that like, it's like podcasting. I love it because it's like, nobody has to see you. Right. Yeah, I'm

[00:16:30] Ms. Christine: [00:16:30] so glad we were able to get you here, though. Thank you for lowering your

[00:16:32] Geanina Andrina: [00:16:32] expectations.

[00:16:51] Jared Easley: [00:16:51] holiday in

[00:16:53] Ms. Christine: [00:16:53] the cut off.

[00:16:56] Geanina Andrina: [00:16:56] No, but yeah, so I came from that whole lifestyle in LA, [00:17:00] right. I was into songwriting. Love to do it because I'm a huge reader and writer. I even did some stuff like for, from a poor friend who worked for aftermath, kind of like, I was always like a satellite kind of like what they call now, a referencing, which back in the day used to be called a studio singer.

[00:17:19] Well, I would like, you know, try to get stuff. And we had contracts with like CSI and I do like write little hooks and like little rap songs or whatever. And I did reproduce a lot of my father's music, but you know, when I moved to Atlanta, I was actually, and that was another thing. And we can get to the again, but that was another, I was just tired of the industry dues.

[00:17:42] Right. I was tired of. Because, okay. I'm going to rebel my age. Jesus. Okay. Back in the nineties, you know, it was so different, right? Like if you were an artist, there was a lot of gate-keeping, especially for women. Like there, wasn't like, it's not like nowadays where you can just be like, Hey, I got [00:18:00] two grand.

[00:18:00] Let me just like rent a studio

[00:18:02] Ms. Christine: [00:18:02] was in the studio and just throw it down some bars. Right.

[00:18:05] Geanina Andrina: [00:18:05] Yeah. Like you had to like know people to get in the studio. Right. You have to like, know someone or people had to acknowledge you already talented to even get the invite to the studio. Right. So I was just really tired of like guys just gatekeeping everything.

[00:18:20] And it was always like, what are you gonna do for me? If I do this for you or DJ.

[00:18:28] Jared Easley: [00:18:28] Great recipe.

[00:18:32] Ms. Christine: [00:18:32] Let me tell you.

[00:18:36] Geanina Andrina: [00:18:36] But yeah, so I was just really tired of that. So when I came to Atlanta, I had a brief stint in China. I was, I had some friends who were teaching over there. So I kind of did that for a little while. Didn't like it at all happen to get over them during SARS. So, yeah, that was a whole nother thing. So ended up coming back to Atlanta and I was like, well, what am I going to do?

[00:18:57] You know? And my stepdad [00:19:00] who's an accountant was like, go to go get English degree since she likes to write, that's a steady, that's a good degree. Come to find out it's not, you know,

[00:19:09] Ms. Christine: [00:19:09] my degree is worth nothing. Yes. Not all right. I'm trying to

[00:19:14] Geanina Andrina: [00:19:14] keep on. I want to get, I want to get us

[00:19:17] Ms. Christine: [00:19:17] on task, but I, I saw your story one day on Instagram and the towels.

[00:19:23] Where did you put the towels minds? Want to know? I probably could have went back the next day. I'm looking on Instagram now. Where did you put the towels?

[00:19:33] Geanina Andrina: [00:19:33] Because you were like. This one is too short and then that's the closet and this and that.

[00:19:44] The towels.

[00:19:48] I actually have a friend. Who is great with this kind of thing. Cause she's, she used to be a stylist, but now she does all kind of stuff. I need to connect with her. She [00:20:00] was like, girl, this is what you do. You get one of those big like baskets. And then you roll the towels and then you put the towel, you roll the towels and you put them in the basket and you can sign them that way.

[00:20:13] And then she even sent me my Pinterest video. I was like, they make them

[00:20:18] Ms. Christine: [00:20:18] like a pyramid and stuff. Now that you said that I have seen that in some friends.

[00:20:26] Geanina Andrina: [00:20:26] Yeah. Because, like I said, I'm lazy, but that's the plan. That's the

[00:20:31] Ms. Christine: [00:20:31] plan. Okay. So, all right. Get back on track. You're passionate about a lot of things then healthcare, law being one of them, you know, so please tell us, you know, our listeners a little bit

[00:20:42] Geanina Andrina: [00:20:42] about that. Oh, okay. Yeah. So, so, you know, I got my English degree found out that it was worthless.

[00:20:47] Um, and then I, you know, I thought it was going to be a teacher. And then I was a teacher for like five months and I was like, y'all stressing the F out. I'm done with this. I make 29 grand a year. No, thank you. [00:21:00] So I started working in insurance and I was in banking and insurance, and I was talking, always wanted to go to law school because I have a cousin who's a lawyer.

[00:21:11] And he was just like my favorite cousin, but I just didn't think I was as smart as him, you know, like I just didn't think I was that smart because I actually struggled from dyslexia. So for years I didn't do it. But then when I was working in insurance, I was like, Oh my God, these lawyers are so stupid.

[00:21:27] They can do this. I can do this. So I studied and you know, I'm really passionate about healthcare law. I actually had a friend, a very, very good friend who passed away. He committed suicide and he was bipolar. I'm bipolar myself and I. I just saw how many people struggled with insurance and healthcare and like, understanding like how to get their benefits, disability, social security, things like that.

[00:21:55] And just, um, all the stigmas that are kind of aligned with that. And I was just like, [00:22:00] if I can do anything to help these people, it was a passion project, you know, cause nobody wants to be broken law school, but yeah. So that's kinda how I got into the health care thing and I'm still really passionate about it

[00:22:12] Jared Easley: [00:22:12] and rightfully so.

[00:22:13] How did you transition from teaching to insurance? Like how did that work out?

[00:22:21] Geanina Andrina: [00:22:21] All through college. I was working at bank of America and I, it was just like a part-time job that I did on the weekend, but I kept that job for like five years. And I'm such a nomad like five years is a big deal for me to do anything. And so I became a fraud analyst and I had to deal with claims. And so, but I was still making, it was still like a terrible job because it was like customer service and it was like people

[00:22:55] yeah. And had a million jobs and people are always like, what are you [00:23:00] doing now? So, yeah, so that kind of, I kind of like was looking at the insurance industry and it's a good transition. And so I was like, Oh, I can make more money as a claims adjuster who knew that that's the most terrible, frustrating, stressful job ever.

[00:23:15] But. I kind of was, I did that. And then I got into independent adjusting where I was like a storm chaser. Like, I'd go and move to like, crazy, like places like winter Haven and just live for like six months. Well,

[00:23:31] Ms. Christine: [00:23:31] set out the winter Haven,

[00:23:36] Geanina Andrina: [00:23:36] the place where you go to, I don't know, get bitten by a whole bunch of mosquitoes. Yeah,

[00:23:51] Ms. Christine: [00:23:51] networking tips that you would recommend, sorry, listeners. They to know how to network.

[00:24:00] [00:24:00] Geanina Andrina: [00:24:00] My thing is just, you know, kind of just like being a person that's interested in other people. Like if you just show interest that you're interested in other people, people are like, really everybody wants to kind of tell their story and feel important. So I've kind of found that just like finding some kind of like way to like show interest in other people, people usually reciprocate the favor, you know?

[00:24:24] So I think that's like, uh, and just having like genuine, like genuine care for people. I think that's a great way to just kind of like, because they're always going to stay in your network. Like, one thing that I do on IgE is like, I'm always going through other people's stories, like watching their stories, liking their content.

[00:24:44] I think that's a huge way to keep your following engaged because I'm like, man, this person cares about me. Let me go see what they're doing now. You know, I think, I don't know. And, uh,

[00:24:55] Ms. Christine: [00:24:55] I was clapping, but not classroom, but I want, I want [00:25:00] to be like, yes. I was like, Oh, hit my phone. Cause I forgot what not on clubhouse, but yes, I was looking at it.

[00:25:11] Geanina Andrina: [00:25:11] This follow for follow culture. I hate it. Because it's like, follow me. I'm going to get you to follow me so that you can forget that

[00:25:24] Ms. Christine: [00:25:24] analytics.

[00:25:28] Geanina Andrina: [00:25:28] But that's what I love about clubhouse. Right? Speaking of clubhouse. Like the algorithm is not driven by that. You know, like nobody cares if you got 400 followers, if you're like some supermodel and you just got on there, you know, I mean, who knows what it will be, but I love it because it's just more intimate and it's just like, you get to kind of, you know, the Bo the boys thing, it's just kind of, I don't know.

[00:25:52] Jared Easley: [00:25:52] You're right. I don't

[00:26:01] [00:26:00] so let's talk about, let's go back. Let's go to the club house for a moment. Um, what are your top three favorite things about vibing on

[00:26:09] Ms. Christine: [00:26:09] bow? Oh my gosh. Let's try to get them on there. So you gotta to, to sell them. And everybody's been expected me to have a newsletter. Where's your cohost keeper.

[00:26:25] Geanina Andrina: [00:26:25] Let

[00:26:25] Ms. Christine: [00:26:25] them know

[00:26:25] Jared Easley: [00:26:25] your

[00:26:29] Ms. Christine: [00:26:29] three favorite things.

[00:26:34] Geanina Andrina: [00:26:34] It's

[00:26:39] Ms. Christine: [00:26:39] okay. That's

[00:26:47] Geanina Andrina: [00:26:47] okay. So one of my favorite things is connecting with anybody around the world, you know, because you're not like. I mean, you know, if you're on there super late, you're getting people from London and like [00:27:00] Australia and like all these people that have like these totally different experiences than you.

[00:27:06] Right. But we're all interested in pop culture. We're all affected by a pop culture. So you're going to find some way to like vibe with these people. Right. Somehow. So I think that's like my number one thing. Number two is, Oh my gosh. Okay. I got to go kind of generic on this, but the networking is amazing.

[00:27:27] It's truly like here we are. And like, honestly, like I'm not a big person. Like I don't like that. So Jared just consent. You haven't been on there. The way I operate is there's rooms, right? And there's rooms full of people that you can talk to, but there's still a stage and an audience. And if you're in the audience, you can't talk, but if you're on a stage, you can, and then there might be tons of people in the audience that are just listening to the people on the stage talking right.

[00:27:56] And I don't like those rooms where there's like [00:28:00] hundreds of people, you know, or a thousand people in the room because you don't really like get to know people. So I love going into like the intimate rooms and like

[00:28:13] when we met, it was like maybe nine people or something. Um, it's definitely asked, I stick to

[00:28:17] Ms. Christine: [00:28:17] the smaller crowds, if I can. And sometimes it starts to get big, but that's what you said, but yeah, I try to just

[00:28:25] Geanina Andrina: [00:28:25] pick some smaller. Yeah. And I just love that because it's like, then you can really get a chance to know people and like I've connected with so many people on my Instagram.

[00:28:35] I'm not a big Twitter. So I've connected with so many people or like people can DM you if they, if you can link your Twitter. And your Instagram that's been my favorite because I legit met people that like call, do you know that like, Hey, I finished law school. Let's talk a lot about, like, I met so many people.

[00:28:58] Like I met this [00:29:00] one dude who was like a digital art artists who were like gonna go to South Africa. Cause he's like, I got some business deals and I need a lawyer and he's fine to buy the legs.

[00:29:15] Ms. Christine: [00:29:15] I'm paid sponsorship.

[00:29:18] Geanina Andrina: [00:29:18] Yeah. So number two is, yeah, the networking for me. And then three, if I had to say number three, just learning new stuff, you know what I mean? Like there's literally a group for everything. One time I was in a group where like people who are magicians, like there's just all kinds of stuff that you can learn about.

[00:29:38] Like, So I think that's cool. You know, just like, if you want to just know some random stuff, there is a room for it, so yeah, I guess it's been, so what's

[00:29:49] Ms. Christine: [00:29:49] your least favorite thing if you have one, two or none, what would you say your least favorite thing in the house would be the [00:30:00] lack

[00:30:00] Jared Easley: [00:30:00] of hot

[00:30:00] Ms. Christine: [00:30:00] guys. Well, not even

[00:30:08] Geanina Andrina: [00:30:08] clubhouse picture.

[00:30:09] Never really looks like how they look, but no.

[00:30:17] Is this like Bumble and Tinder

[00:30:22] Ms. Christine: [00:30:22] represent yourself. People that have gone on dates from clubhouse. I know clubhouse romances, they got your shot

[00:30:31] Geanina Andrina: [00:30:31] rooms and all that.

[00:30:48] don't even like me, but I can stand. But yeah. Okay. My least favorite thing though, is the trolling. I can not stand a damn troll, [00:31:00] like people who just like take over the room and like make it about them or they just get crazy. I'm like, yeah.

[00:31:11] Jared Easley: [00:31:11] All the time. Yeah. I was definitely not following the

[00:31:14] Geanina Andrina: [00:31:14] correct people.

[00:31:15] Yeah,

[00:31:16] Ms. Christine: [00:31:16] we gotta clean up your hallway.

[00:31:18] Geanina Andrina: [00:31:18] So about the hallway. Oh yes. Your hallway is where like all the people who, all the people that you follow, like, whatever rooms they're in, you'll see a hallway of like different rooms. Yeah. Hallway's a gateway

[00:31:30] Ms. Christine: [00:31:30] drug.

[00:31:32] Geanina Andrina: [00:31:32] It's a club house speed. You know, and the thing about it is I tell people, curate your feed, you know, curate what you see on clubhouse because.

[00:31:43] So, what it does is it's platform only. So it's pulling just from your contacts in your phone, like whoever

[00:31:53] only black people in here,

[00:31:57] let

[00:31:57] Jared Easley: [00:31:57] me give you my number Janina.

[00:32:00] [00:32:00] Geanina Andrina: [00:32:00] Let me help you. I see what you look like,

[00:32:12] but yeah. So no, you can like, but I was like, okay, I need some white people. I need some Hispanic people. I need some Asian people. And then once I did that, like it just got so much more diverse. And then I was just like, Oh, I'm loving this ad, that lawyer John here, judges and that some artists music, engineers.

[00:32:32] So I think that's the best thing. If you Jared, if you're saying too much of one thing, start under

[00:32:38] Ms. Christine: [00:32:38] yeah.

[00:32:40] Jared Easley: [00:32:40] Trap Queens in my hallway.

[00:32:45] Yeah. I mean, I'm speechless for a second there. That was so good. Okay. So, um, uh, yeah, your Instagram's gap society. I was curious how you came up with that name. You

[00:32:55] Geanina Andrina: [00:32:55] really say they liked that name and okay. The way I [00:33:00] came up with it is, well, I have a YouTube actually that's the gap society. So that was my YouTube that had for seven years.

[00:33:07] And I'm terrible at editing or any technologies though. It is what it is, but the gap is my initials. G a B. And so I was like, this is my little society, my people, my followers. So yeah, the gaps.

[00:33:25] Jared Easley: [00:33:25] Well, I love that. That's very creative. I didn't put that together and I should have, but that makes sense.

[00:33:30] Geanina Andrina: [00:33:30] So, No most people won't, but then I was like, okay, this is weird because I was like gonna like trademark it or whatever.

[00:33:36] And I was researching it and I was like, gab is also, uh, all right. Oh

[00:33:43] Ms. Christine: [00:33:43] yeah. You get the law that law kicking in

[00:33:46] Geanina Andrina: [00:33:46] girl. I didn't know. There's this crazy when people that also have gab as a website and I'm like, that's weird. I was like, Ooh. I don't know shit, but [00:34:00] I was like, should I go on with that? I don't know.

[00:34:05] Well,

[00:34:06] Ms. Christine: [00:34:06] this leads us up to the next questions. Like who's doing some that inspires or maybe interests you, maybe you would say it's not, not to be canceled because there's so much cancel culture right now. So should it be canceled?

[00:34:20] Geanina Andrina: [00:34:20] Oh, it shouldn't be canceled. I feel like anybody who's trying to like, okay, you want somebody specific?

[00:34:27] Okay. Yeah,

[00:34:28] Ms. Christine: [00:34:28] it can be specific or not specific, or you can describe it and lead up to like, uh, an example of said person,

[00:34:38] Geanina Andrina: [00:34:38] anybody who's trying to like further just like human rights period. Right? Like anybody who's trying to do something good for humanity. Anybody, like we all make mistakes, right? We all make mistakes.

[00:34:51] And I don't believe in cancel culture either. I think black Twitter is like too much. Cause they're, they're like known for that, [00:35:00] that account on the council culture. They, but anybody who's trying to do anything good. Right? Like you're not just trying to put out content to like, brag about how much money you have or whatever.

[00:35:10] Right. Like you're actually trying to use your platform to do something else and do something bigger or send a message, you know, like one thing I really respected now I'll have to say, okay. Yes. Speaking of cancel culture. Justin Bieber. One of the things I really respected about him is that like recently with the black lives matter thing, he had, you know, he live streamed with Angela rye and was like saying like he took his wife on their Hailey.

[00:35:40] And it was just like, educate us, like tell us, you know, what we can do as white people. And he was like, you know, I built my whole music around like black music. And so like, I just want to make sure that I'm a voice for that. I really respect to that we could have canceled long time ago for a lot of stuff.

[00:35:58] He did, you know, [00:36:00] brothels who remembers that. But, you know what I mean? Like, I really respect that. Like he's gone on his whole journey and like full circle, another person. So he should not be canceled even though people may say that he's like capitalizing off of black music. Like I think he's changing, you know?

[00:36:16] And I think it's important that we acknowledge that one other person that I love just music wise. And I feel like she's done a lot to, is her. The artist her, right? Yeah.

[00:36:28] Ms. Christine: [00:36:28] I have definitely seen her. That's too funny.

[00:36:39] you've mentioned black Twitter to our audience. Can you describe or let them know what black Twitter is and how to. See black Twitter or identify it or because they don't know. Some people might, may not know what that is. Like,

[00:36:54] Geanina Andrina: [00:36:54] look,

[00:36:56] Jared Easley: [00:36:56] my Twitter app is blue.

[00:37:00] [00:37:00] Ms. Christine: [00:37:00] I can deal with them

[00:37:01] Geanina Andrina: [00:37:01] sometimes. Yeah. Okay. And so, like I said, I'm not a big Twitter, but I will have to say so black Twitter is basically just a group of black people who have.

[00:37:16] A big following on Twitter, who put out a lot of commentary about all things black. Or all things related to black people and they got a lot of, they just, they have a lot of opinions about a lot of things. I love that a lot, a lot. It's a lot, it's too much. Like I said,

[00:37:43] Because

[00:37:47] here's the thing. Okay. So briefly, so I've always considered myself a writer and content creator. I briefly used to write it for sheen magazine. They're kind of like. Like, they're kind of like essence, if you've heard of that [00:38:00] magazine, your followers of

[00:38:02] Ms. Christine: [00:38:02] beauty of the

[00:38:03] Geanina Andrina: [00:38:03] month. Yes. I wrote for this magazine and I would interview celebrities and things like that.

[00:38:11] And you know, like when I started my YouTube channel, it was a long time ago, 2013. If you go to it, you're going to be really disappointed because like I said, I'm not that technology person. I used to have like an editor like that I would pay to like, make it look nice, you know, until I turned it into a law school channel thing.

[00:38:30] But back in the day, it was like about like, uh, it was like a lifestyle like arts and culture type thing. And, you know, I could have made a ton of money if I had been one of those really negative people that just wanted to like, Crack jokes and people and talk crap about people. Bear, poke. The bear just made such a huge following, but I was like, I'm not putting that out.

[00:38:56] I don't want, it's not positive. Like I'm not tearing other [00:39:00] people down.

[00:39:02] Ms. Christine: [00:39:02] Don't have that energy.

[00:39:06] Geanina Andrina: [00:39:06] Don't

[00:39:06] Jared Easley: [00:39:06] do it. Well Janina, I'm sure there's listeners that want to learn about gummy bears from California. They want, they want to check out your flow, Joe nails, where can listeners stay connected with you online?

[00:39:20] Geanina Andrina: [00:39:20] Yes, follow me at the gap society on Instagram. You know what? I'm big into stories. I love making like I'm too lazy for reels, but I'm going to stop that. I'm going to try, but you will find some like, really interesting things if you follow me. And like, I'm just like a person, like, I always like to be on camera for some reason.

[00:39:43] Like, and I don't care. Who's watching. I just want to be on camera. But if you watch my stories for a while, you'll be like, You will, I will crack a joke. I will make you laugh and check out the other podcast. And can we talk about,

[00:39:59] Jared Easley: [00:39:59] yes, we [00:40:00] can. I think it's funny that you have stage fright and you want to be on the camera.

[00:40:03] Ms. Christine: [00:40:03] Yeah. You got a little bit of both. That's her. She was like, no, it's just like, I love to be on camera. I'm not bringing it into some, some rooms. I got some video calls. I'm going to start throwing that out to you, but

[00:40:15] Geanina Andrina: [00:40:15] we've had a great

[00:40:16] Jared Easley: [00:40:16] day.

[00:40:20] Yes,

[00:40:20] Geanina Andrina: [00:40:20] yes. Okay. So I am starting my own podcast and we do a co-host thing. Um, we're getting ready to start season two and we haven't started that yet, but my partner he's, he's great. He's amazing. He's like really interesting. I want to do my own thing. And so I challenged the listeners to come up with a creative name for my podcast, my solo podcast, that I'm getting ready to start the winner.

[00:40:54] Okay. So just a couple of rules. The one thing it has to be original, there can't [00:41:00] be another podcast that has a name. That's like. The same name or almost too similar. And number two, it has to be generic, but kind of catchy. So if you check out my Instagram, you kind of see get a feel for me. The chosen name.

[00:41:18] I will award you with a $50.

[00:41:21] Ms. Christine: [00:41:21] Oh,

[00:41:22] Geanina Andrina: [00:41:22] that's

[00:41:26] Ms. Christine: [00:41:26] I'm a DMU. What I thought of. And hopefully people don't think that I cheated, but I really thought about this, like

[00:41:33] Jared Easley: [00:41:33] has come up with a lot of good only fans names that have been

[00:41:38] Ms. Christine: [00:41:38] putting them into work, but I am working people. She's a fan. Jay Nina used to know it was an hour with us. Thank you for, as Jared was saying, lowering your standards and, uh, do you have any fun for our listeners?

[00:41:56] Any final thoughts? One in 21.

[00:42:00] [00:42:00] Geanina Andrina: [00:42:00] 2021. We're

[00:42:02] Ms. Christine: [00:42:02] approaching the end of black history month. Any

[00:42:05] Geanina Andrina: [00:42:05] final thoughts? Oh, okay. Black history month. Okay. Sorry. As I

[00:42:11] Ms. Christine: [00:42:11] said that, I was like,

[00:42:16] Geanina Andrina: [00:42:16] okay. Oh, it does not have to be

[00:42:22] when I

[00:42:22] Ms. Christine: [00:42:22] said that I

[00:42:24] Jared Easley: [00:42:24] like Twitter.

[00:42:28] Geanina Andrina: [00:42:28] Yeah,

[00:42:34] that's okay.

[00:42:35] Ms. Christine: [00:42:35] Final thoughts for our listeners, your, um, you tell them where to connect with the, the best way to connect with you on your social media.

[00:42:43] Geanina Andrina: [00:42:43] Yeah. And then clubhouse to connect with me on there. I'd love to connect with people. Follow me on clubhouse. If you haven't been mucking up or privileged enough to get out of clubhouse, hit me up.

[00:42:54] I got a couple of bites. I'm going to give them to some worthy people, but yes, [00:43:00] as far as any 2021, keep your mask on it. Ain't over yet.

[00:43:05] Jared Easley: [00:43:05] Hey mom, baby wear

[00:43:08] Ms. Christine: [00:43:08] masks and her S the gram. You give them your Instagram and Twitter handles, even though you don't use Instagram. I mean, you don't use Twitter

[00:43:19] Geanina Andrina: [00:43:19] sweater on my Twitter.

[00:43:21] I will promise I'm going to get out of it. I love Twitter. Like

[00:43:25] Ms. Christine: [00:43:25] Twitter is my favorite thing, because it's

[00:43:26] Geanina Andrina: [00:43:26] always Twitter. Yes, no, you make me want to get back on Twitter. And my Instagram is the gap society. My Twitter is the gap society, and my clubhouse is just my name, my generic government name.

[00:43:45] Ms. Christine: [00:43:45] You know what the G not a J that's a good room's topic for you to

[00:43:51] Geanina Andrina: [00:43:51] say.

[00:43:55] I got you. Put

[00:43:56] Ms. Christine: [00:43:56] me on the payroll, baby.

[00:44:02] [00:44:00] Jared Easley: [00:44:02] summer Walker on clubhouse.

[00:44:16] Uh, thank you so much. We're thrilled to connect with you and it's so good to have you on the show and look forward to having you back on, hopefully in a few months, once you got a couple of other projects going on podcasts, and hopefully we have a winner, a $50

[00:44:30] Geanina Andrina: [00:44:30] winner, and that's what I'm hoping,

[00:44:34] how

[00:44:35] Jared Easley: [00:44:35] do they, how do they contact you, Gina, that you want them to just message you on

[00:44:38] Geanina Andrina: [00:44:38] Instagram or Instagram? That's probably the best way. But yeah, DME. Oh yeah. I forgot to tell you my YouTube channel, but you can't connect with me on my YouTube channel, but it is we're law school. You know, I, I've kind of dedicated that to helping people get into law school.

[00:44:56] So if you're interested in that, go ahead and connect with me on there. But [00:45:00] Insta is the best way my DMS are open. Well, you guys come on. Oh, of course.

[00:45:08] Jared Easley: [00:45:08] Yeah, but I'll be there.

[00:45:11] Ms. Christine: [00:45:11] I'm not gonna forget. I really got coffee in my cup.

[00:45:18] Jared Easley: [00:45:18] Sure. It's just coffee,

[00:45:21] Geanina Andrina: [00:45:21] coffee. Yeah. I was, Sarah was

[00:45:24] Ms. Christine: [00:45:24] here because I was thinking about

[00:45:25] Jared Easley: [00:45:25] some other.

[00:45:29] All right, Gina. Thank you again. We really appreciate it. And I wish you'd asked her

[00:45:33] Geanina Andrina: [00:45:33] this. .
